That Perfect Dress is a trading name of Plus Samples Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 07364302 and our registered office is Unit B1 Summer Court, 1 Maybury Gardens, London NW10 2NB. We can be contacted by email to.

The information in this document should be read in conjunction with our full terms and conditions, available on www.thatperfectdress.com. If you make a purchase through the website, you will be contractually bound by these terms and conditions.


Legal Statement

Standard goods: If you buy goods under a distance contract, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs), you have up to fourteen calendar days starting the day after you received your delivery to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email.

Bespoke goods: Dresses made to your specification or personalised cannot be returned, in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations (above).

Ownership of dresses ordered from That Perfect Dress will pass to the customer when delivery is made and you will as from the date of delivery you become responsible for all risk of loss of or damage to the dress, or items purchased from us.

Nothing in this document limits your statutory rights.


Delivery

We aim to complete an order within 4-6 days from receipt of order. Once we have completed your garment(s) we will contact you to arrange a delivery day and confirm details for delivery.

We deliver worldwide

Your order delivery date is an estimated date and from time to time there may short delays. That Perfect Dress do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

Orders will generally require a signature to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed.

If you are not at home when the product is delivered and if no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from us.

If you do not re-arrange delivery/ collection and you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery (if applicable) or collect them from us we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.

We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.


Cancellation

Packages provided by That Perfect Dress are specific to each customer. A 24-hour cooling off period applies to standard orders only. There is no provision for a cooling off period for urgent and priority orders. No refunds will be made once delivery of a service for a customer has commenced.

You may cancel your order notifying us via email at customercare@thatperfectdress.com if any of the following apply:

(i) Upon receiving the email notification with the estimated delivery date, you have up to 24 hours to cancel if the arrival time is too late or of inconvenience;
(ii) If we fail to deliver your dress within the designated timeframe. However, this does not take into account shipping issues that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance or the customer being unavailable to accept delivery.


Refunds

If any of the conditions listed above apply (4(i) or 4(ii)), we will issue a full refund including the cost of your order and shipping charges once all items are returned in their original condition. This includes the original packing inside the outer box, and all tags and trimmings must be attached to the garment without signs of any wear. Garments returned with any odours or markings including perfume, makeup or deodorant will not be accepted and no refund apply.

All returns must be made within the 14-day period from receipt of order (i.e. delivered to the customer). Refunds will only be credited to the card used for the original payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.

If you suspect that your bank account has been subject to fraud in connection with our website or your order, you must notify us without delay.


Insurance

Clients acknowledge that whilst dresses or other items are in transit to or from our studio, the third party delivery company or courier will be responsible for the items at all times. That Perfect Dress does not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.


Communications

Notices sent by e-mail will be deemed to have been received 24 hours after sending.
