No two women are alike, and their garments should reflect that! We deliver the tools to inspire you with the opportunity to cater to your taste and individual preferences.
Even though we put effort into making this process as easy possible, we understand that our clients need guidance and help along the way during the process of creating that perfect dress.
We have created two types of services to our clients in order to provide the easiest use and affordability options.
Standard Package
This is our standard package that has a 4-6 weeks delivery time and is available at no extra cost. All of our garments are priced with the gold package standards in mind. You can freely explore a library of shapes and styles and save up to 3 outfits in your fitting room.
The Gold Package offers the ability to customize the length of your garment and alter the hemline to suit your exact height. We kindly ask you to note a desired length in the comments box during checkout. In addition, you will receive unlimited support via our chat, WhatsApp or email prior, during and after placing your order. When we say unlimited support, we mean it! We are ready to help you choose the right materials, guide you through our measurement and size chart, and cater for most critical delivery dates as well as any other requests you might have. Even though each garment is made to order specifically for you, we are known in the fashion industry for the ability to achieve the unachievable and promise to meet the needs for when you need your dress.
Platinum Package
This is our premium service with 6-8 weeks delivery time that is due to be released in January 2019. This package will give you an opportunity to not only design your perfect dress, but to also have it made specifically to your body measurements. To achieve a flawless fit, we ask you to take a series of 12 body measurements. It sounds complicated, but don’t worry, we will be with you every step of the way over Skype or Whatsapp to make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible.
After we’ve taken the set of measurements, we will proceed with making a mock-up of the garment for you to try on in the comfort of your home. The mock-up dress will be delivered right to your door, following with another video call to check the fit of your dress to see if there are any appropriate amendments required. Once you are pleased with the fit, we will proceed with making your perfect dress from the fabric of your choice. It’s as simple as that! In addition to our platinum package, one of our fashion consultant are available to attend your at-home fitting if you are located in North, North West, West or Central London.
