Crafting your unique dress usually takes 4-6 weeks. You will be notified once you place your order of your exact delivery date. If you need the dress sooner then let us know and we can try and accommodate (contact@thatperfectdress.com) To note, embellished styles will take longer (6-8 week).

Yes. Amendments to the dress can be made up to 48 hours after your order has been placed. Simply contact (contact@thatperfectdress.com) and outline the changes that you’d like to make. In the event of you wanted to cancel your order, this can take place charge free up to 48 hours after the order has been placed.

Visit our ‘How to Measure’ section. Here we have all the information you need and a quick video to show you the best way to measure yourself accurately. We strongly advise that you get someone else to measure you so you’ll need a friend for that bit. If you live within the M25 then you can upgrade to the Platinum package which will make you eligible for fit sessions at the atelier.
